By purchasing from Lumiscan LEDLab (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. and checking at the confirmation, you are confirming that you have read and accepted these T&C unconditionally. Individuals or Juristic persons whose have already made a purchase are considered clients or customers under these Terms & Conditions only. 

SHIPPING METHODS & POLICY

Our shipping options are:

Pick Up at our location.

Kerry Express, EMS and DHL: Door to door express delivery, will take usually 2 to 5 working days to most areas and volumes up to 25 Kg only.

Thai Post LOGISPOST: Large parcels & bulk orders must be collected from your local or regional post office.

By Trucking. The shipping cost of some bulk rates may be offered for dedicated transport at a volumetric rate of 2000 Kg by local trucking.

Once in the Shopping Cart, our system will show the options to choose your more favorable courier, we reserve the right to split or subgroup deliveries when necessary.

Couriers are arranged generally within one business day after receipt of payment (This is not a promise of service, it could occasionally take 1 – 5 business days following a confirmation of payment) 

Kerry Express, DHL Ecommerce Express, EMS and Thailand Post Logistics are the available couriers, depending on your shipment’s volume and destination. We could also arrange direct trucking at your specific request or just prepare your order to be picked up at our location.

Delivery times and terms subject strictly to the Terms & Conditions of the selected carrier. Lumiscan LEDLab (Thailand) Co., Ltd. won’t bear any responsibility for shipping related claims, delayed order processing or delayed shipping after proper and documented handover to the courier, nor for lost or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect addressing or receiver’s inability to receive the delivery notices or calls.

We won’t be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delays in delivery caused by third parties, couriers or other delivery service arranged to pick up at our location. 

Evidence of shipment could be provided on request and a tracking code will be displayed/delivered by email once available by the courier.

Your shipping address must include:

  • Street address, (Moo)
  • District (Amphoe)
  • Sub district (Tambon)
  • Province,(Changwat)
  • Post code
  • Local telephone number.

We won’t guarantee the provided estimated delivery dates or times since the courier’s operations are beyond our control. Although we will certainly support with any shipment or delivery issues, our responsibility for shipments ends at the handover to the courier.

In case that these conditions are not the best solution for your order, kindly arrange your own convenient transport by checking “Pick up at our location”.

Remarks

You must open all your packages on reception and report if any shortages or damage within 7 days (168 hours) of the time/date of receipt. We won’t be liable for shortages or defects if the packages are stored without installing the equipment to service within a reasonable period of time upon delivery.

Clients paying by bank transfer have the added advantage of receiving an order confirmation by email before making payment. Orders paid by PayPal or credit card may take longer to process.

If for any unexpected reason an order may be delayed or unable to be processed or fulfilled, we won’t be liable degradation of swimming pool, pond, nor aquarium water nor any related peripheral equipment. Neither will we be responsible for loss of trade or commercial exploitation during down-time, or delays to construction projects.

Once shipped, orders can no longer be cancelled. Special imports or products made to order can’t be cancelled neither refunded.

Siam Commercial Bank: As special platform to assure maximum user experience for our Thailand clients. Pay Securely by your Credit / Debit card or Internet banking through 2C2P.  ThaiQR code and Payment Link are accepted.

4. For B2B client’s outside Thailand, we do accept payments by foreign bank draft, SWIFT, IBAN, or wire services.

Please place your order online to be sure you are ordering the correct items. Duplicate orders will be considered a client’s mistake. An order summary is provided when you at check out. Please review and make sure this information is 100% correct before you process your payment.

We accept payments in Thai Baht only (THB). Goods are shipped on pre-paid bases only. All payments received after 12:00 noon Thai time (GMT+7) will be processed by the next working day. You’ll need to provide us with evidence of your payment before we can ship your order.

Orders will be cancelled if no payment is received within 72 hours of confirmation of order.

We strongly advise to please keep and send a copy, or a screen shot of your confirmed order and payment screens to sales@lumiscanled.com, quoting your order number and your related issue.

Refunds for non-shipped orders that have been placed within our Terms & Conditions and provided Lumiscan LEDLab (Thailand) Co.,Ltd., has acted within its Terms and Conditions, any payments will be refunded as appropriate.

Products may occasionally be temporarily out of stock and the online store software may not have been immediately updated to reflect this. Occasionally, at our discretion, more expensive products may be offered instead. In some cases, if delays are expected beyond advertised shipping times, company policy is either to decline an intended order, or to offer customers an alternative similar product or a superior product at the price they already paid online. In the case that Lumiscan LEDLab (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. is whatsoever unable to fulfill an order; a full refund will be applied as well as a compensatory coupon to be used on future orders.

If you placed an order and we made the mistake of shipping out the completely wrong goods, we will arrange the pickup of the goods and sending the correct item(s). Wrong order does not include substitutions for a better-quality item or slight variances in colors, etc. 

For completely discrepant items from your original purchase list, you need to notify us within 7 days of receipt. The contested products must be returned in their original undamaged packaging and unopened transparent display packaging. All refunds are processed as quickly as administratively possible excluding weekends and holidays, and it may take up to 7 business days to resolve your case.

Clients wrong or mistaken order must be notified to us by email, fax, or SMS within 48 hours of delivery. The wrongly purchased product must reach our premises within 30 days of delivery at your expense.

Clients wrong orders may be refunded at our discretion and are subject to a handling fee 10% deduction from the purchase price. Shipping costs won’t be refunded. Exchanges, refunds or credits will be processed after a careful inspection of the returned goods is performed by our designated staff and the good condition of the equipment can be validated.

If deemed appropriate, a refund will be made by bank transfer to your Thai bank account. Please take the reasonable steps to provide us with a bank account for receiving the refund. PayPal or credit card payments will be refunded through PayPal. Refunds through PayPal for client mistake will be deducted 7% (Payment + refund transaction fee). In some clients may request their user account to be credited towards future purchases. We may need up to 30 working days for processing your refund after receipt of the returned goods.

B2B Deposit’s refunds: Occasionally a deposit may be required to reserve goods you wish to purchase. This may be for special made-to-order products or special imports on your behalf. 

Order cancellation will imply a 10% administrative fee which will be deducted from your refund. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

In the case of our inability to fulfill the order there will be a full refund within 7 working days of cancelation date.
